The client required a modern solution to capture prospective leads 24/7, answer repetitive inquiries about security guard services (Armed, Unarmed, Fire Watch, and Patrols), and direct urgent queries to their office.
We successfully developed and integrated a smart, conversational AI Assistant that represents their brand with absolute professionalism while actively securing business opportunities on autopilot.
The Challenge:

Using custom CSS stylesheets, we successfully hid all third-party watermarks (\\\"Powered by Botpress\\\") to give a premium, fully customized look. The widget\\\'s color scheme was designed to perfectly match Stallion\\\'s dark navy and gold corporate identity.
4. Graceful Fallback System:
If a visitor asks highly complex questions or queries outside the official website\\\'s knowledge base, the AI politely provides the company\\\'s direct phone number (818-915-8999) and office email (Info@stallionsecurityguards.com) instead of giving generic error messages.
