Olympia Fashions is an emerging premium online store in Pakistan, specializing in handpicked cosmetics, beauty care accessories, smart tech gadgets, and baby safety essentials. The brand’s goal is to bridge the gap between high-quality international trends and affordable local pricing, backed by reliable customer care.
The Challenge
The client required a distinctive, high-performance online store with a strong visual identity matching their brand colors (Deep Navy Blue and Vibrant Orange). In the Pakistani market, standard WooCommerce checkouts can sometimes feel complicated for mobile users. Therefore, the store needed a streamlined direct checkout bridge to WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ordering), while retaining the traditional \"Add to Cart\" functionality for standard buyers. Additionally, they needed a fast, interactive, and mobile-first layout with instant predictive search and automated contact form processing.
The Solution
We developed a fully customized, highly responsive homepage and internal pages utilizing custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP integrated into WordPress and Elementor.
Dynamic Double-Row Header: Implemented a lightweight, structured header. The top row features a prominent logo, a permanently visible predictive search bar (with left-aligned icon), a cart badge, and a WhatsApp Order pill button. The bottom row hosts a clean centered navigation menu with live-hover subcategory dropdowns under \"Shop\".
Instant Predictive Search: Engineered a custom AJAX-based search engine that triggers immediately on entering a single character, fetching product details, images, and prices dynamically from the
WooCommerce REST Store API.
Custom Brand Layouts: Created an interactive 3-second automated hero slider, structured category/collection panels, modern trust badge cards, and custom-styled grids.
Interactive 3D Contact Portal: Built a dynamic contact page featuring a responsive form. On successful submission, it triggers a custom-built 3D pop-up modal with depth perspective, offering \"Add Another\" and \"Close\" controls.
Automated Database & Mailer Integration: Wrote secure PHP handlers in functions.php to bypass raw SQL and natively register all form inquiries as a custom post type inside the WordPress database. Simultaneously, detailed custom-formatted email notifications are dispatched to the admin and friendly auto-responses are sent to customers under the brand name \"Olympia Fashions\".
Mobile-First Optimization: Carefully tailored the mobile view, collapsing complex desktop features into an independent drawer menu, and adjusting product carousels to display a clean, single-card focus with dot indicators.
