Mehran Institute of Medical & Management Sciences (MIMS) is a premier educational institution in Pakistan providing advanced certifications and diplomas to healthcare professionals. They required a modern, highly interactive, and trustworthy online portal to manage international student admissions and clinical memberships.
Challenges Faced:
The default WordPress theme sliders and forms were slow, non-responsive on mobile devices, and did not support international dial code validation or secure server-side database logging without crashing the browser\\\'s execution engine.
Our Solution:
We completely overhauled the portal by implementing a custom PHP/MySQL backend architecture to handle registrations. We engineered advanced AJAX form submission scripts to ensure zero-reload lead capture, integrated the \\\"intl-tel-input\\\" library for automated country flag and dial code searches, and optimized critical frontend blocks (Testimonials, FAQs, Overlap Cards, and MIMS-PEF steps) with beautiful CSS glassmorphic elements, 3D hover effects, and smooth horizontal mobile swipe touch-sliders.
