NCL 20 Canada needed a complete ticketing system for their T20 cricket league events — something more flexible than generic third-party ticketing platforms.
We built a custom PHP and MySQL platform from scratch, featuring an interactive seat map for venue selection, secure Stripe payment integration, and automatically generated PDF tickets with unique QR codes for entry verification.
The system includes a gate scanner interface for staff to validate tickets on event day, a full admin dashboard for managing events, seating charts and sales, and a refund management module — which we used directly when the Mika Singh Gala event was cancelled, processing all customer refunds through the same system.
